Our cloud servers regularly back up files and data at multiple locations, so in case of a failure (which is a rare case) there is always a copy to roll back on to. Apart from that, we also keep periodic back-ups of all the installations.
It is easy, just click on the “Active” status for that employee in “Staff” page and click on “Deactivate”. Once deactivated, the user will not be able login again using his credentials.
