Refund / Cancellation Policy & Terms of Use

Please read all points carefully.

1) In case you are confirming order or sending payment to us through any mode it is assumed that you have read our terms and conditions and you accept it. You feel free to contact us for any clarification if required.

2) Our liability for the scripts/programs/software/plugins etc. are only till the scripts is developed and trials are done on our server. The client can verify the scripts on our server for all its features to ensure that it meets his/her requirements. Then he/she can pay the balance and get it transferred to his/her server.

3) We (Monalisa Computers and its team members) are NOT responsible under any circumstances for the scripts (webpages, programs/software, plugins etc) and its features once the script is transferred to the client server.

4) The technical support provided by us after the script transfer to client server is done in a friendly gesture. We are NOT legally bound to provide the technical support. We reserve all the rights to withdraw our technical support and services at any time. For this we need not to give any prior notice/justification to the client or any other third party.

5) In case a client pays the advance and later on wants to cancel the job or puts the job on hold, we reserve rights to adjust the money against the man-hours spend @INR 500/hour or more as per the circumstances.

6) The client is responsible to offer the formal SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) to ensure that the software/scripts developed by us is matching to his/her specifications. In case of absence of this formal SRS document we reserve the right to develop the script based on our assumptions. For any modifications later on the client has to bear the extra cost against the extra hours spend. And it is totally at our decision to provide further modifications or not.

7) For any further updating or addition of modules after the script is made available to the client, client has to pay extra charges.

8) We do not undertake the responsibility for the performance of the site for SEO/Social Networking issues. We are not bound to provide any such service to the client.

9) We are not responsible for any loss to the client in any means because of our scripts/programs/services. The client in case he is not satisfied by our services he can opt out at his own cost.

10) All the disputes are subject to Patiala (INDIA) jurisdinctions.

11) We reserve the rights to modify any of our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice of the client or any other third party.

In case you have any doubt, do not send us any order/payment before you contact us and get the things clarified.

Refund Eligibility:

We offer refunds for eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products eligible for refund are:

  • Single Domain Hosting
  • Multi Domain Hosting
  • Positive SSL

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@monalisawebstore.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to process refund for.
After verifying your request, we will provide instructions on how the refund will be provessed.

Refund Timeline:

Once your refund request is received and verfied, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
